Lawyers Silence Corey Regarding Audrina Split

BMX bike champ Corey Bohan said he was "hurt and frustrated" over his bitter split with Audrina Patridge.

The extreme Aussie said he had given his all to the on-off relationship.

But a series of "in-the-moment tweets", where he referred to Patridge as "heartless" and "insecure", resulted in the reality star's legal team silencing her former boyfriend from talking about her.

"I can't do or say anything, it's insane," Bohan said.

"In the moment things were heated. It is frustrating but it is what it is and we will go our separate ways.

"We tried three times and it is just not meant to be, it is just how it goes."

The couple met in 2008, split and got back together in mid-2009, with Patridge calling Bohan one of the "nicest, sweetest guys I've ever met".

The laidback, Red Bull-sponsored extreme sportsman took it all in his stride and despite Patridge running to The Hills, one bet is the easy-on-the-eye rider won't find it hard to snag a new lady.

Newly Single Jessica Biel Flirts With Gerard Butler

Just five days after announcing her split with beau of four years Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel was spotted cozying up to her Playing the Field costar Gerard Butler.

Currently filming the flick in Shreveport, Louisiana, Biel, 29, and the 300 hunk, 41, were first spotted out for a crew member's birthday at a Japanese restaurant on March 15.

"When Gerry got there, he made a beeline for Jessica," an eyewitness tells Us. "He was really flirting with her."

Two nights later, the duo was seen throwing back margaritas at a Mexican restaurant. And that's not all, Biel and Butler shared two more dinners later that week!

Still a source close to the actress says, "She only wants to be friends."

Rachel Bilson, Hayden Christensen Really "Over"

Rachel Bilson and Hayden Christensen couldn't make things work.

A source tells the new issue of Us Weekly, that the Bilson and Christensen, both 29, have split -- again.

"They're done this time," a source says of the ultraprivate pair, who met in 2007 on the set of Jumper, got engaged in December 2008 and then called it off in August 2010.

"Engagement's over, relationship's over," the source adds. "She's really had it."
