Kim Kardashian out at Macy's on February 22 for the "launch" of her Kim kardashian fragrance - How many launches can a perfume have in one country?  This must be at least Kim's third.  

Nonetheless, Kim looked glam in her bling-emblazzoned LBD which was paired with super-high Christian Louboutin heels.
